Go Coastal...
Do you love the coastal decor look? I do! .. and I have the perfect eye candy for you! My friend Janet from Shabbyfufu in sunny Florida wrote this beautiful article on Year Round Coastal Style featuring another friend of mine author Barbara Jacksier . Janet's eye for design and elegant style has been featured in numerous magazine's and she is one of the original shabby, vintage "e-boutiquers" (is that even a word?) Let's just say she's been around and knows her business well. Her long standing beautiful boutique is proof and is a shabby vintage lover's dream come true. Janet's specialty of fabric dress forms and tea cup chandeliers are superior (I know this because I own some!) Take a minute to browse her boutique at Shabby FuFu and you will see what I mean! Also, Janet recently started blogging so please say hello when you have time and enjoy the coast for a while!

Oh, that room is so beautiful! Thanks for the link to Janet's blog. It's always great to find a new beautiful blog!

Thanks for the link! As always, your blog is a feast for the eyes...
I had a blogging highlight of sorts today. I had a visit from Matthew Mead himself after I wrote a funny piece about my hero worship of him...it was quite the honour indeed and he is as charming as I thought he would be!

I always wonder if men live in these shabby, chippy, lovely vintage styled homes! LOL...
My hubby pitches a fit if I bring it anything with a flower on it - much less anything pink, distressed, or the slightest bit shabby foo-foo!
If I'm ever a little old lady in my own home it's going to look just like that!! HaHaHa!

Hi Tara,
I love the Wroght Iron in the room. It seems to place an "OLd World" feel and adds elegance to any room. It's beautiful.

Hi Tara, I've admired your blog page for quite awhile, even before becoming a member of MMP. You have beautiful taste and a flair for gorgeous!..
Coastal ~ Cottage living is my love and passion! Anything Shabby, pink, robin's egg blue and whites in every hue!
I was born in Hyannis, MA but moved to the midwest when I was very young. I've always had a love for vintage, shells, and anything cottage.. Someday I will find myself living in Mass.
Oh, one more thing, the area rug in the photo, it's calling my name! lol
